I am currently using a Windows 8 64 bit computer and I am able to run my RO before. I had some virus in my computer so I re-installed it with the same OS. After re-installing I am now getting this error. What I did is I tried searching on Google on some resolution about this. I installed some C++ Redistributable files in my computer and following some guides but that didn't resolve the issue. I then tried to install a Windows 7 64 bit but same error happens. I even tried installing a Windows 7 32 bit and even Windows 8 32 bit! Same issue. I tried running the sxstrace.exe and still no go. I even tried running it on compatibility mode and even run as administrator. If anyone can help then it'll be greatly appreciated. PS. I even tried talking to the server owner and he couldn't reproduce the issue lol. Thanks!

Me too, how can I edit the max level as well as the max job level? Also, how can I change the drop rate as well as how can I add some head gears? sorry, I'm really noob at this. Also, how to change the max stat, Hommun Level, and item info/slots/effect/skill boost(or reduce). This guide is pretty straight forward on creating a server but didn't discuss how to edit it. Please shed some light. Thanks!

I can run the server side just fine however if I'm trying to run the client then that's the time that I'm getting this error. Same error po nakukuha ko whenever I'm trying to create an account ( admin_M ). I'm using po a RO client version 2012-04-10aRagexeRE_S then binago ko din po yung PACKETVER from mmo.h sa conf files ko then na-rebuild ko na din yung rAthena-10. NaiPatch ko na din po yan via ShinsDiffPatcher. Eto po yung settings ko sa ShinsDiffPatcher.
