and i already change this "max_lv", &battle_config.max_lv, 99, 0, MAX_LVL, to this "max_lv", &battle_config.max_lv, 99, 0, 1000, and i build it with rAthena9, did i do something wrong?

im using this version Revision 17337 some of the skills are not working perfectly, like harmonize for Minstrel instead of +25all stats it gives -25allstats can someone help me how to change it? thanks.
