Items from our donation shop can be hacked even by a newly created novice character. We jailed this player after getting almost all items in the donation shop for free and later on told us "make your npcs to show headgears as a name list and not as a shop. your npc is as a shop. it's abuseable" What could this mean?

 

He also said it's not hexed client, he's using normal client.

 

Please help!

you probably use an option to display the hat on the player from what he said..

Your 'hacker' clearly said it's a script issue. Maybe post the script ? otherwise I don't understand what you want from us
