[Solved]bonus bCastrate,n; - its not working

Hi,

I wonder whenever I use the bonus bCastrate,n; bonuses, its not giving a cast delay. I use the code below

1607,Staff,Staff,4,9500,,400,40:70,,1,2,0x00818314,7,2,2,2,12,1,10,{ bonus bInt,2; bonus bCastrate,-100; },{},{}

or

1607,Staff,Staff,4,9500,,400,40:70,,1,2,0x00818314,7,2,2,2,12,1,10,{ bonus bInt,2; bonus bCastrate,-1000; },{},{}

or

1607,Staff,Staff,4,9500,,400,40:70,,1,2,0x00818314,7,2,2,2,12,1,10,{ bonus bInt,2; bonus bCastrate,-100; },{ bonus bCastrate,-1000;},{}

Nothing noticeable changes. I wonder what went wrong? If this is a bug, im gonna file it.

Well the problem is if your using renewal mechanics .read this below in srcmapconfig @ line 21 to 29

/// renewal cast time
/// (disable by commenting the line)

/// leave this line to enable renewal casting time algorithms
/// cast time is decreased by DEX * 2 + INT while 20% of the cast time is not reduced by stats.
/// example:
///  on a skill whos cast time is 10s, only 8s may be reduced. the other 2s are part of a
///  "fixed cast time" which can only be reduced by specialist items and skills
#define RENEWAL_CAST
