If your patch contains letters like this À¯ÀúÀÎÅÍÆäÀ̽º, use ASCII else use unicode.

Hello guys, can you give a little help here about stat. I want on every 1 vit gives 5 HP on character or on every 1 Str it gives 2 Attack Power, Where should I edit or what file should I edit? Thanks in advance.
