Question regarding buying stuff in the forums

Hi guys! I'm not sure where to post this since I haven't seen any forums that support this kind of questions, so here goes.
 

 

We are planning on making several purchases from items users have uploaded in rathena. What I'm gonna ask about is how do we get the credits to buy them? Do we have to donate to the forum to get those points? And if we buy, will we be entitled to proper support as well?

I'm assuming those numbers presented as price is the actual price in dollars correct.?

 

Example:

 

5, means 5 dollars for the item correct?
