FluxCP: Server Always Offline

Please see attached screenshot of my fluxcp

 

please help me solve this issue. my server are working fine as you can see there's an online player.

That's more than likely going to be the case. You should ask your webhost if there are any particular ports unavailable for outbound socket connections.

 

yes maybe that's a host problem..I hosted my fluxcp in my vps and works fine.

Some webhosts only enable standard ports such as http, SSL/https, ftp, ssh. It's likely that everything else is blocked if you can't get a socket response via flux.

 

so the port in my webhost blocks it and not the VPS port?
