Help for Item Description

Hi anyone could help me out for item description? i change the effect for the items,but when i right click on the item effect doesnt change. any guide or helper could help out.

Not sure you mean by client-sided or server-sided item effect.

For right click item information display, you have to edit /RO/System/ItemInfo.lub

as for item effect, you have to edit item_db or item_db2.

what program to edit the iteminfo.lub? sorry new here .

Assuming it's not compiled, you can edit it with any text editor. You'll probably want to use Notepad++ for it.
