No damage to the target (Wearing devi and thara)

I would like to ask if anyone of you has the same issue like this :

 

 

 

 

 

 

NOTE: That the champion is wearing 2TG and 2HYDRA in a combo battle gloves

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Im using r17704 and PRE-RE,

 

 

Already did checking up the item script of the mentioned cards and equips..

Iam also having this problem to... 

I think it was bypass 100% of demi-human or try to loewred the thara frog effect card or deviling..

In renewal this may be a big issue since the WoE and Vellum item was enable..
