Charge Arrow can't knockback when the player used Pneuma

Seeking for your assistance regarding on the issue below i encountered. the player din't knockback inside the pneuma. It needs to knockback.

if the case u're using latest rA, it works how it should be, still knocking back. expect enemy is immune from knock back or in GVG/BG map
