Ragexe client 20120410 how to update to 20130807

Hello! How do I change my client version from 20120410 to 20130807 or to a newer one? I have my updated KRO 2014/06/30 and updated SVN version with dbpacket version up to 20130807. Can someone please post a more specific and detailed instructions?

Edit: I TRIED DOING THE CLIENTINFO.XML AND MMO.H 
THE SERVER STARTED WITHOUT ANY ERRORS BUT WHEN I LOGIN THE GAME. IT FAILED TO CONNECT IN THE CHARACTER SELECT SCREEN.

thats what im asking , on how to change/update my client . :/ sry, im noob at this.

you'll need the diffed ragexe, a translated system folder and up-to-date lua files/data folder (including correct clientinfo.xml) ^^
