Create Duplicate Script Command

A script command that allows you to create a duplicate.

It's the same as it already exist, except that I can trigger it whenever I want ( inside a npc script )

It would be usefull, for example, in this script: http://rathena.org/board/files/file/2933-vendor-control/

And some other things that I have in mind
