Is this normal? (about mechanic's power swing)

Mechanic's Power swing, according to this link: http://irowiki.org/wiki/Power_Swing

 

is it normal that Power Swing's stun can't be countered with Orc Hero card or better yet the bonus2 bResEff,Eff_Stun,n; script command? Or is it a bug? Or something?

 

I also have this potion on our server, a 100% resist version of Resist Potion, and still we get stunned by power swing, is this normal? If not, is there an available fix for it? Thanks in advance for those who are going to answer :D

how about  attacker level? and target vit, luk, level?

Here's a char that still can be stunned by Power Swing's stun

As you can see, vit is abundant, and with orc hero card.

 

and on my status.conf it's..

// If 50, status defense is halved, and you need twice as much stats to block

pc_status_def_rate: 100

mob_status_def_rate: 100

 

For comparison I have tried to use Bowling Bash + Fatal Blow which should also inflict Stun, but that character never got stunned.

 

Also tried Rybio Card, and let that char hit me, but that character again never got stunned.

 

I'm using rAthena 17539 btw (I think)

edit: after testing, nothing wrong.

how about the attacker? equip/stats?

 

and, any edit in ur src, and is it latest rA?

I'm using rA SVN 17539, I tried updating before but I had encountered lots of bugs (like cards can't compound to any equip, maybe some of my stuffs are not compatible to the latest)

Can I just copy the formula of the skill from a new src folder? Where can I find the src that I have to edit for this :/

hmm, in latest ver, NC_POWERSLING has this src/map/skill.c#L1342 in skill_additional_effect.

see there, the rate is 10%

 

sc_start(src,bl, SC_STUN, 10, skill_lv, skill_get_time(skill_id, skill_lv));
and seems, better I move this topic to Source Support. :D
