Client source code ( Compiler )

Is it possible to make the Client source code open to community?

It's better than hexing the client for big developments on client side.

If it is please do so, we also need developments in client's side.
and also, i need it ( that's why i ask ).

There's no reason Gravity would release their source code. A number of custom client projects have been attempted, with the most successful being KeyWorld's roBrowser.
