Is my custom script wrong? Not all classes can wear it Help please!

Hello! I'm not sure if this is where I'm suppose to post for help.

I'm not sure if I put this script on here correctly, but all the new classes cannot wear this custom. I thought this script was for all classes

 

29000,Kimono_Ribbon,Kimono Ribbon,5,20,,500,,0,,1,0xFFFFFFFF,7,2,256,,0,0,1004,{ bonus bAllStats,2; },{},{}

Turn into
