Failed to Connect to server

Failed to connect to server. tried to change ip in clientinfo.xml to 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.0.3(ipv4) and wan ip address. already forwarded ports 5121 6121 6900 3306 6800

Done. when i change clientinfo.xml to <my WAN IP> logservers doesnt detect my login at all. but when i change to lan ip or 127.0.0.1 it detects but still fail to connect to server.

 

do you thing there's problem with my ragexe or my packetver?

[sOLVED]i used eathena server on rathena.
