How to disable item in all maps?

how do i disable an item usage in all maps..? it cant be used anywhere.. by item_noequip.txt? please help!

found another way by disabling all guild dungeon gvg maps at mapflags, as a result it wont be like official servers where players can hit each other in guild dungeon maps.

1234,15

In your item_noequip.txt

 

But if you wanna make sure, you can add all the bits!

1234,4079

Change 1234 to your itemid, then reload your item database.

tried both 15 & 4079 it works on all maps except guild dungeons..how to disable them from each and every map?
