My SQL, schema problem

Hi, good day rAthena. I was having a problem on the server I am making. I can't see the schemas on schema privileges window, but as you see, the schemas are on the left side

 

 

the picture below shows the the user I made has all privileges

 

 

I am sure that I followed the instructions on wiki, but maybe I missed something, which I am not really sure what :/

I have restarted even the machine itself but it's still the same :/
