Yeah, It's a script command

-	script	Derp	-1,{
	
	OnPCLoginEvent:
	cutin "FileName",4;
	sleep2 3000;
	cutin "",255;
	end;
}

//"FileName" is the name of the picture that you want to use for the message/image upon login.
//data\texture\유저인터페이스\illust is where the image needs to be located

^I havent tested it but this should work for what you need

It should have been 3 seconds for it to show >.> unless you changed it
