What's wrong with HWc?

Ignores MDEF of the enemy

Aftercast Delay +20%

Reduce SP Regeneration Rate by 100%

Drain 2000 SP as the headgear is equipped.

Problem : It's the same as what the RMS or Other SVN Item_db looks like but when it comes to testing it ingame, the "IGNORE MDEF" effect doesn't quite work..

IME, it has minimal effect on PvP. But in PvM, you can totally see the difference.

What if i want to change it to Demi-human (7) ? We tested it in everything but the damage doesn't go up when it's use in pvp

Are you on a high rates server? I doubt it would change anything

Yeap, but we tested it nothing changes during PvP. I changed NonBoss to 7 for Demi-human .
