2012-04-10 NO SHAKE HELP!

Can anybody help me with no shake effect with any skills because it really produces lags and what so ever already to tried to find 1 but yet google fails again so can any body help

does it really need to use hex editor for that?

 

i used shindiffs and i removed the shake effect easily without messing the client.exe (im using 0410 also.)
