What seems to be the problem everything is placed on the right folder but when im wearing the item it doesn't appear :(

Did you make sure to uh...Give the custom item a view ID on the item_db column?

Could you upload your information? Such as what files you've editted and where you placed the individual files for the sprites?

try double checking the names of your custom sprites../ok
