skill problem

for some reason, normal player couldn`t up their skill when they still have a large number of skill points. also when they click the up button skill. it doesn`t work

Can you give more details? Have you tested it yourself, and did they check if they exceeded a skill's max level(ex. increasing Heal to lvl 11, etc.),

 

and lastly Were they trying to increase multiple skills? I think I encountered an issue about this one before and I failed to increase multiple skills at once.

Yes, i tested last time, but it happened rarely. but i can explain to you how it's done :

for example :

you have 200 skill points, and than you haven`t raised any skill level yet. but when you`re clicking on the skill point button. it won`t raise so does when i set the window wider. sorry if my english hard to understand

sorry, since it`s rarely to happen i can`t find the screenshot. but mostly when it`s happen all the skill level couldn`t be raise or level up.
