Since Xkore 1 & Xkore 2 is not working... and i found out that xkore 3 also hook client. i follow that step.
Due to an update to the iRO client in December 2011 OpenKore's XKore 1 feature no longer works. Something to do with where a .dll is injected into the client's memory, oh well. You can still use XKore 2 and XKore 3. They both use the same process to get set up, but work a little differently.
This archive contains grfbuilder, grftool, and a data folder: - Grfbuilder lets you edit/repack GRFs - Grftool lets you search and export files from GRFs - The data folder contains a modified clientinfo.xml file to run OpenKore on iRO
Step 2: Run grfbuilder Note: You can only edit data.grf while the game is closed.
- Run grfbuilder - Open your data.grf file. It's in the folder you installed Ragnarok in. By default it should be C:/Program Files/Gravity. That place where your screenshots are saved, y'know? - Click "Merge dir" and select the data folder included with this zip. - Wait a moment. Grfbuilder doesn't give any loading/progress indication, so just wait for a few seconds then close it.
Step 3: Configure OpenKore Note: If you've never used openkore before you really should read the file control/config.txt included with openkore in its entirety because it's FUN. Look at all those options! You can do so much! It's magic.
- In your control/config.txt file, change XKore to 3. - Then make sure XKore_listenIp is 127.0.0.1 and XKore_listenPort is 6901.
Step 4: Run OpenKore Step 5: Run Ragnarok
- im using openkore 2.0.7 SVN latest version
- This is my server txt. all items are correct and working on Normal mode i mean Xkore 0
ip 192.31.187.82
port 6900
master_version 1
version 30
serverType kRO_RagexeRE_2012_04_10a
private 1
serverEncoding Western
addTableFolders translated/kRO_english;kRO
recvpackets recvpackets-avid-ro.txt
charBlockSize 144
When i tried that step i encounter error... kindly see attached file for your reference.. thank you...
