Okay, I am trying to find a website that lets you choose your "destination" there will be choices in the form of images. You just have to click the images to go to the link. Let's say you want to go to the forums, you click the image. If you want to go to the main website and control panel, you just click their image. If you can help me this I would really appreciate it. Also, I would really be grateful to anyone who can teach me how to edit the position of these images and links or add more images. Thanks in advance.

you will need to learn HTML it really doesnt take long to learn HTML try this website

Where can I get some resources like flash backgrounds?

By using google, you can find pretty much anything you want with in reason but bear in mind that some images have copyright attached to them so you would need to contact the designer to use them
