well firstly, you got error no bonus effect of your items, if you don't mind, post those it4ems effects or what effect would you like and i will try to help you

 

for the mapindex thing, looks like you forgot to put the name of a map that's trying to load, or maybe you made the whole implementation of maps incorrectly, try to reinstall the map you wanted to add, remember to always save a backup copy of your files
