base_exp_rate and job_exp_rate configuration

Hello, someone could help with this issue:

 

I've configured base_exp_rate and job_exp_rate in conf>battle>exp to 1000000, but when I start the server I've notice that the job rate is 110 and base rate is 146.

 

Even changing to 2 params to low or high values, it seems that has no effect.

^ Hello please check your NPCs if floating rate is enabled? or maybe some of your customize NPC affects your exp settings.
