How to make GM Account

Please help me to make a GM account and with all commands and GM Suit also please answer me and help me on how to paste the script in my Server files thanks.

Don't need to edit your server files 
You just need to edit you SQL 
From Login table 
Find the Column of "Group_id"(for rAthena) or "level"(for eAthena)

And edit that what ever you want gm level...

For the gm suit. you need to edit your Clientinfo.xml (can be found on your Grf)

You have to put the Account ID that you wanted to have gm suit
Example:

<admin>2000000</admin>

<admin>2000001</admin>

</aid>
