Erro with some items Lang Type 10

Hello guys! I really need some help here... Im using the lang type 10 , ok all works fine, but whem i click with right button for read description my game crash, example item 5293 Ramen Hat, ok, click for read description "RO.exe Stopped" So if i change my lang type to 8 then the same item works fine, I really don't know what do now....... If someone can help me please! Thanks!

 

( Why Im using lang type 10? because with the other ones lang type for delete character you need write ur birthday date, example 930416 , and with lang type 10 the game ask for your email and not your birthday...)

So what's wrong with delete char using birthdate? It's better to specify in the msgstringtable to use only last 2 digits of the year than to go through game errors

well the birthday system is good, but the format kill my players..... look 93/04/16 , im trying to change the format for 16/04/93, you know how i can change that? (if is possible change XD) Thank you!
