each event start after 2 hr of gap

Can any one help me to set each event in 2 hr of gap to start.. each event should start after 2 hr

 

for example i have 6 event 

 

Dice 1:00

Disguise 3:00

Mushroom Event 5:00

Run For Your Life 7:00

Run And Die 9:00

Royal Rumbel 11:00

 

Dice 13:00

Disguise 15:00

Mushroom Event 17:00

Run For Your Life 19:00

Run And Die 21:00

Royal Rumbel 23:00

 

Dice.txt

disguise.txt

mushroom_event.txt

RFYL.txt

RND.txt

Royal Rumbel.txt

now all this script will work as per this

 i just wanna say that this 6 event shld start aftr 2 hr... no event at same time

each event should start after 2 hr for eg dice event started at 1 AM and at 3  AM disguise event will start.. all  event will have 2 hr gap and it will so on 24 hrs
