How to modify Skills to make them not to work on woe?

I want to make some skills forbbiden like back sliding on woe but i do not know where to modify them

 

i need to make some skills not able to cast in woe like body recollection, but not using mapflags or restricted, just editing them like back sliding so it will not work on woe o:
