Drop Calculator?

Hello,

 

Is there any drop rate calculator? Im try to make like 0.03% but its always failed.. Either i got 0.30% or 0.3%.. I tried many times and keep failing.. Now im stuck and im ask for help here.. Hope can get answer.. Thanks in advance..
