This is the case; A max. leveled knight character reset his skill point, generally the case is that he needs to add 40 (or 50, depending at what job level he changed) skill points in the first job tab. But for some reason in my server, it's only required to add 30 skill points in his first tab and he is already allowed to add skill points into his second job tab.
How can I change this? I just want it to be normal (40 or 50)

I am having a problem with skill points.
