Not Allowed Weapon in WoE of PvP

I want some Equip or Card is not allowed in WoE and PvP Room

 

Example: I wear angra manyu,when I enter PvP room or WoE castle my Angra is automatically un equip OR I cant enter PvP and WoE but NPC tell me like "You are not allowed to enter PvP Room or WoE castle"

 

Example 2: I wear ghostring card,when I enter PvP room or WoE castle,automatically NPC say "You are not allowed to enter PvP Room or WoE castle"

To enable or disable an item : rAthena folder > db > pre - re > item_noequip.txt, And need to give the map name in: rAthena > conf > mapflag > restricted.txt

there is no mapflag/restricted in my data

You can find the mapflag in npc folder.
