Error on bow and spear atack

I'm having an error when atacking with bow or spear. The sprite off the itens isnt showing. The players look like they are attacking with hand.

 

Someone knows what would it be?

is that bow/spear a custom item? some clients have the weapon ID's fixed with them, so weapon will only show when its within the ID range in item db

No, i'm using the original sprite and isnt showing, the same happens with some katars.
