GM password level 2 above have password 

for anti hack gm Level i have many treats to my server

if the incorrect the password 10mins before login again

Post Reasonable Requests - Don't just say, I want a quest npc... Explain yourself, if it's something already made, use it.

I think he want a secondary password on his GM accounts, and when someone log in it and put the wrong password, the user will be bocked for 10 minutes before  the account can login again
