Can Some One Help me make this Script of NPC

trophy reward for 1st Rank PvP Ladder
the item will be automaticaly put into the inventory 1st Ladder
And if the 1st ladder person is changed the item in previous 1st ladder position will be deleted

Currently im Using Dota PvP Ladder By Annie Ruru V 2.9 SQL
