Hi rAthena, I hope you can help me on this one too :)

I was having a hard time about these homun skills, most of the time it says "skill cannot be used within this area". Did I miss something? Catalysts or anything? How can I make these skills cast-able everywhere? Thanks in advanced for those who are going to answer my questions :D
