PVP Room, Ladder + Dota Announcer

Can anyone give me a simple script for:

 

*PVP Warper

- Normal Pvp

- No heal

 

*PVP Ladder with Dota Killing Streak Announcer(No sound)
 

 

I have tried using sir Ghost's pvp system and it doesnt work for me.

And also in eathena.ws i cant open the scripts posted on the boards cos it says only for registered members and when i try to register it says the website doesnt accept any more registrations.

But there is no dota killing streak announcer
