Adds a x/100% chance for item n to be dropped when hitting a monster by physical attack. If 'x' is negative value, then it's a part of formula chance = -x*(killed_mob_level/10)+1.
The idea is that I want to make a gunslinger item that allows them to get back an empty bullet shell every time they attack. I will make an NPC that recycles the empty bullet shells for bullets and etc...
