Always failed to connect even if i change sandbox.paypal to ssl://www.sanbox.paypal.com:443. Still Failed.

Can anyone help me with it?

I have seen this before with a friend's host.  He never figured out the issue.

 

I would say contact your hosting company and see why you can't receive the info back from paypal.

yah thanks, i don't know why it failed, does it because of web host or something, or do i need certificate or something for paypal to allow me connect to their IPN Callback.
