Help Cash Point in Login

Hi . I want to request for a script that when a new account is made and login their character they will have a 20k cash point . is it possible ? . 20k cash point per account only ..

believe me Ive searched evrywhere and I cant find an answer .. Thanks in advance .

Im using Begginer eathena v4 by Chetan for editing purposes only .
