I Got alot of bugs on the 3rd job classes

 

- Sura Skills all of it Passive

- Rune Knight [ Dragon Breath ] Comes Miss for 50%

This is not a scripting issue.

Apart from that, you should report this as a bug if it occurs with the latest rAthena version.
