No effect sound

Hi all, I got  a problem. My ro doesnt have sound effect when use skill, kill monster. what should i fix ? 

My bgm sound work perfectly. Its really weird. Please help me..

Check your sound option ingame.

done. its tick bro. then how ? its really weird when play ro without sound.
