Anti-GTB card

I found this but it seems that it is not working as intended. Anyone has a working copy of anti-gtb card? Or anyone can fix this src code?

FYI:
Anti-GTB card effect is to cancel the effect of the golden thief bug card. Example, if a player A is wearing GTB and player B is wearing Anti-GTB theres a 50% chance of cancelling the effect of the GTB ( golden thief bug card )
