why it didnt add 500 damage to myself and i cant use two hand quicken....

according to the docs :

Your item is a garment or something ? must be type 4 for weapon

Type:

    0    Healing item.

    2    Usable item.

    3    Etc item

    4    Weapon

    5    Armor/Garment/Boots/Headgear

 

 

why it didnt add 500 damage to myself

I don't uderstand your question. The item is supposed to damage yourself (-500 hp) ? or add base attack to your character ?
