Curse item script now working

I copied the auto cast of curse script on RMS but it did not work, and I try to use the item the one where i copied the script and it did not work also.

 

Is this bug? Also my Lord of Death card is not working

1000/100 = 10%

If you want 100% then : 

{ bonus2 bAddEff,Eff_Curse,10000; }
