rental items for zeny

I would like to hire an NPC items where I can add the ids that could be leased cost 10 kk zeny, and the player could keep the item for 3 hours and the item would disappear after this time the rented items could also not be thrown on the floor or passed by trade, if anyone can help me thank you ^ ^

Create a Box Item, 
And add in the script "{rentitem <item ID>,<duration>;}"
