There is a problem in the Storm Gust

 

The problem is that the monsters quickly freezes to use the skill

 

Where I can control the speed of freezing in Storm Gust?

freezing status still depends on the target, because if the target hit 1~3 times the target will freeze,unless the target has a strong resistance againts freezing status the target will probably take further hits, stormgust as far as i know is 1-10 hits
