it would be nice if the npc talk onwaitingroom:

 

if player enter the npc talk like a mes but inside of chat

the player is new on the server and the npc is a guide:

onwaitingrom : Informations 
onplayerenter: the npc talks to heal go to prontera , to custom go to ... .

It could be used as a command for FAQ NPC, Guides, Statistics, Directions etc..
